Paul Atreides is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Dune Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Paul Atreides was first released in Chapter 2: Season 8 and is part of the DUNE Set.
