Rising Tide is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased with Safety First Steve in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Safety Shark Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Rising Tide was first released in Chapter 5: Season 3 and is part of the Safety Shark Set.
