Red Riot Shield is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Eijiro Kirishima for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Kirishima & Ashido Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. Red Riot Shield was first released in Chapter 4: Season 4 and is part of the My Hero Academia Set.
