Tsukamoto Bear is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
400 V-Bucks, with Yuji Itadori for 1,500 V-Bucks, with the Yuji Itadori Bundle for 1,500 V-Bucks, or with the Yuji Itadori Bundle for 1,900 V-Bucks. Tsukamoto Bear was first released in Chapter 4: Season 3 and is part of Jujutsu Kaisen Set.
Tsukamoto Bear could have also been obtained by reaching Tier 2 in the Break the Curse! Event Pass.
