Bear Brained is an Uncommon Back Bling in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Ghoul Trooper for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Insane in the Brain Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. Bear Brained was first released in Chapter 2: Season 1.
