Perks could modify gameplay in Demon Rush, enabling a choice between two Perks every round. If players do not like the selection of Perks initially presented to them, they were able to reroll them. Rerolling is free every first roll in a match, but reroll afterwards would cost 125 Monster Parts.

Unlike Augments, by opening the inventory after selecting a chosen perk, players could drop Perks and give them to other players (Cursed: Monster Part Influx is the only exception).

SMG & Pistol Decrease		Epic	SMGs and Pistols have a moderately decreased magazine size and increased reload speed.
Low Health Damage Bonus		Epic	Deal moderately increased damage to targets when your health is at or below 20.
Low Health Crit Bonus		Epic	Moderately increase your crit chance while your health is at or below 30.
Marked Escalation		Epic	Your damage marks enemies.Your marked enemies take minor increased damage.
Max Health Damage		Epic	Deal moderately increased damage when your health is full.
Monster Part Damage		Epic	Deal minor to greatly increased damage based on the amount of Monster Parts in your inventory.
Close Quarters		Epic	Deal minor increased damage when enemies are nearby.
In Your Face		Epic	Shell and Heavy Ammo weapons deal moderately increased damage. Moderately increase reload speed when magazine is empty.
Shotgun Specialist		Epic	Shell ammo eliminations have a moderate chance to deal damage to nearby enemies.
Bouncing Bullets		Epic	Light Ammo weapon damage bounces to nearby targets, dealing greatly reduced damage.
Strong Crit		Epic	Greatly increase your chance to crit.
Exclusivity Rules		Epic	Deal moderately increased damage when not hitting the same enemy with consecutive shots.
Unstoppable		Epic	Damage and knockback nearby enemies you collide with. Moderate increase to sprint speed and stamina reduction.
Perk Enhancement		Epic	Deal minor to moderate increased damage while having more perks.
Shieldless Warrior		Epic	Deal moderately increased damage while shield is empty.

Explosion Immunity		Epic	You do not take damage from explosive damage.
Enhanced Explosions		Epic	You deal moderately increased explosive damage.
Headshot Refund		Epic	Headshot and weakpoint damage refund their ammo.
Resource Collector		Epic	Gain random materials overtime.
Monster Part Availability		Epic	Eliminations grant a minor amount of Monster Parts.

Cursed: Explosive Builds		Epic	Your structures are instantly destroyed on spawn and deal moderate damage to nearby enemies.
Cursed: Random Damage		Epic	Your damage can range from being massively reduced to massively increased.
Cursed: Monster Part Influx		Epic	Gain a massive amount of Monster Parts. Reduce your current health to 1 and destroy this.
