Victor Elite is an Uncommon Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
800 V-Bucks. Victor Elite was first released in Chapter 2: Season 8 and is part of the FNCS Set.
Victor Elite could also have been obtained for free by ranking high enough in the FNCS Community Cup - Grand Royale on November 16th 2021.
