Lyra is based off the Greek mythology monster, Medusa.
A Gorgon is a mythical creature that has snake for hair, and turns everyone who looks into their eyes to stone.
Lyra was once planned to be an Outlander Hero in Save the World. She had hero dialogue written, but not voiced.
