Overview
Fortnite 2nd Birthday was an event that celebrated Fortnite's 2nd birthday, which lasted until the start of Season X. Players were tasked with a short set of challenges that rewarded a Wrap, Lobby Music, Spray, Emoticon, and after completing all four challenges, you would earn a Pickaxe.
Even if not directly participating, players could eat the cake slices scattered around the map to receive +5 health and +5 shield instantly when consumed. Also, the Battle Bus sported a birthday theme for a limited time, and the Save the World mode recieved a new Hero, plus special birthday tickets.

- A cake Back Bling similar to those from the previous and following birthday events was planned for this one.
- Even though it did not make it in, it was used in promotional material for the event. It is also available in Save the World as the Back Bling of Birthday Brigade Jonesy.
