Bounty Boards are an object and a Gameplay Mechanic in Fortnite: Battle Royale that were introduced in Chapter 2: Season 5.
Functionality

Bounty Boards let players start Bounties, tasks where they must eliminate a random opponent marked in a circle proximity radius on the map to earn Bars as a reward.
Only one bounty can be active at a time, and each board can only be used once per player.
Bounties are free to activate and can be used to gather information on enemy locations or farm Bars. Completing a bounty within the 6-minute time limit rewards 75 Bars, while a poached bounty gives 10 Bars.
